my 540i6. little photoshoot/update. 56k nope..

Okay so this is probably the last update of my car ill have this season, I just shadowlined the chrome trim and re did my headliner to black which i will post pictures of later. My next step is m rear bumper and to lower it which it needs very badly and matching clear tails, next summer motor build up and supercharged to as much hp as i can get reliably. Pictures were taken at the new sands casino bethlehem, Bethlehem steel (in the opening scene of transformers two), and starters riverport down the street. All with point n shoot (god i wish i had a dslr :(. ) Enjoy :)

To be honest i completely agree with you and i usually dont. The only reason i went with clear is we all know how much used oem hella's are and my mod budget was not quite there at the time and my old lights were pretty darn foggy and I badly wanted hid's and these were the best bang for the buck. I am gonna save all my ambers incase i wana swap back one day tho.

You used plasti dip for your trim right? If you did where did you apply the painters tape on top of the window??
I was trying to figure where,
1. put tape inside going out the door (all existing rubber is painted)
2. narrow the tape down to the hard thin piece of rubber next to the chrome
3. cover all existing rubber and single out the chrome
what did you do :)

Car looks good. I would change the plate though. You look like a douche with it. Not only did you copy it off of Raza, your car doesn't even come close to having the required power to LOL at AMG.

Actually for the window trim i used a gloss black automotive grade vinyl, if you have a car sign company by you you should be able to get a roll of it, i really wanted to go gloss black because i thought it looked more updated and i also didnt feel like masking my entire car off while plasti dipping :), the vinyl was supprisingly easy to work with and took a little bit of patients but im happy with it. The rub strips or moldings were done in plastidip tho.

Stock sport suspension (i really want coilovers but if not im going to get some h&r's)
tires are 245/35/19 and 275/30/19, wheels are moda md5's, front bumper and headlights are ddm.

Thanks allot for the compliment, Actually not a douche, a prick, and thats what i am :). I dont know who your friend raza is but ive had this plate for a very long time back when i had my e36. The plate/ idea for the plate is basically a joke because me and this guy thats good friends of the family who is a mercedes guy always go back and forth with things like this. And as for not having enough horsepower i dont really see why it matters but the car's motor will be rebuilt and it will be supercharged next season with a goal of about 500hp.

Looks good. Only thing I would change is to get clear tails and maybe black rims now that you have the shadowline trim. Chome lip though, but that should go without saying.

thanks allot yea clear tails are coming soon. I thought about black wheels because I loved my old ones but I didn't know if it would make the car look too dark. I may look into it when I get my good set of wheels. These are kinda just a spair.
