So my uncles got a 2002 Z8 now there is a Z8 part to this forum but there no posts in there. Its got the same M5 motor and drive train from what ive read so basically its got 49k  on it. What is he looking at if he takes it to BMW or a independent shop. Or would an upgraded one be better than the oem. Im lost and so is he.:confused
OOOPS wrong selection, sorry guys mod can I get a transfer please.

also, it will take an M5 clutch, stock should be fine if the car is stock, and isn't overly beaten on.

K thank you, its not beaten on just gets alot of stop and go so that's why it ended I bet, plus my Aunt isn't the best at driving a manual lol.

OEM M5 clutch is exactly what you are looking for or M5board can point you in the direction of aftermarket clutches that, though generally less user-friendly, will usually yield longer lifespans.
You are looking in the neighborhood of 800-1200$ for parts and labor to install it.
