Thinking of trading my M50 E30

I'm thinking of trading my M50 E30 for a clean E34 525i sedan or touring with a 5 speed. I'm looking for an E34 with about 140-160K miles or less with leather interior of any color. I will consider any color paint, except white, if its factory and in good condition, blue, green and calypso prefered. Auto trans will be considered if the car is in good shape. Depending on the condition of the E34 I'd be willing to make a straight trade.

I'll keep it in mind but really want a 5 speed. I'd also like to add that I would like a vanos engine, I like the torque curve better and like having the option to run M3 cams.

Just want a bigger car. I'm going back to school and won't get to do any track days again for a while but want to have a car that's still fun to drive.
