Yeah, I have one. It might even fit in a flate rate shipping box. I will go check.

Edit: I am dumb, the exhaust manifold is not at my house. I will check tomorrow.

You broke your studs, didn't you? I had the same problem, and also was looking for new one. But I was lucky, and I found this one old guy, who drilled both broken studs out of the manifold, for a half liter of vodka :D.
So I joined the exhaust and manifold by new studs, which had nuts in both ends.

The exhaust manifold I have fits just barely into the flate rate box. $50 shipped sound like a fair deal?
