You can see the asking price. What would be a good price to pay? It's CPO, in SouthEastern PA. Thanks!

If its in tip top shape from a dealer cpo? I'd go as high as 35000. Private sale 2k less.

Driving it tomorrow. Yes, it's a dealer CPO, Premium, Cold and Sport package, (28 miles ...ugh). Looks to be in great shape.
As high as $35K? How low can I go?

Why ugh on 28k miles? What date is the maintenance and warranty up? I just paid $34,700 for the same car with same options, but in 6 spd, black ext, with navigation, dynamic cruise and comfort access as well. It was CPO.
I don't think 28k is too high for mileage, if you could get it for $33.5-34k I think your doing well.

Was looking for lower mileage....but could be worse. Also was looking for manual, but seems difficult to find a MT 335xi in my area. Hmmmm...

For comparison, I paid about 9k less than that for my 328xi, same miles, no sport pack.
