Mileage unknown. When it was in car it shifted fine. Fluid not burnt/ no metal shavings. Could use a good cleaning.

Flywheel no, I do have a clutch you can have if you want. It has some life left, but you would probably be better off just getting a new one

^ I'm pretty sure it's already sold and it won't fit an M30 engine you need a 265 Getrag or something... check this one out.
