Boston-area mechanic for auto trans flush?

Anyone know of a good indy mechanic in the Allston/Cambridge area that will do a fluid flush and/or replacement on a 540i? My regular mechanic in NH won't do it (says flushing is the only right way and he doesn't have that setup) and I would like to get the trans fluid/filter and differential fluid replaced.

Is Newton too far? I go to Advance Auto Center in Newton, and they do good work. They see a lot of BMWs, so it's worth giving them a call.
