Deciding on Whether to paint moldings and grill white....HELP

Ok I have a E30. Its white, and I am seriosuly considering painting my black moldings now white, but I was wondering how this would look, and how hard of a task it would be. Are the moldings hard to come off, do I just get the alpine white paint at the dealer, or...what. I dont know where to start. Also, im considering paint my front kidney grills white, right now they are chrome, like Randy's kidneys, and Cone's. Also I heard that Dado's GF has a white E30, and she painted the whole grill white. A pic of that would be great. Right now I just want to do minor things before I get a body kit or rims, to make the car look better. Giving it that all white look is one of those things. Thanks.

Painting the side molding the same color of the car will give it a very good clean look, I would suggust it.

I think an all white look would be nice.
