my car overheated the other night the light went on so i shut it off immediately.. its been running hot and overheating slightly since i got it the light never went on before. btw its a 94 325is m50tu turbo. so the day after that my insurance got canceled. i had the car towed home and i think its time to tear it apart...im rebuilding the cooling system getting an mishimoto aluminum radiator new water pump ect...mechanical fan delete and all the associated parts.. then while im in there im going to put a thicker head gasket in to lower compression, get arp head studs, re do ALOT of the turbo set up, im going to run snow meth inj, m3 cams, and lots of boost, i will most likely replace rings and bearing, its hard to avoid while i have the head off....so hopefully it will go smothly and the whole build wont take more than 6 months. i just wanted to keep the forum updated ill post some pics as i go.
