Smiley headlamp auto adjuster connectors

Anybody have the part number of the connectors for the auto adjusters for the smileys. I have sourced all the other connectors, low, high, city but I have not come up with the one for the adjuster. I also need the switch for the front/rear fogs with the adjuster wheel.
