E46 back wheels locked up??

2003 bmw 325i: THe back wheels are locked up...i jacked it up and put it in neutral and they wont move..the parking break is off obviously...i started it and put it in first and it will stay locked..i am very confused...why is this happening???

Auto or manual?

Either way... disconnect the driveshaft at the transmission and you will know what the problem is.

i dont think it is that big of a problem...something is lockin up the back tires and i took the wheel off im looking at it and i cant figure it out
