Well......this past winter I get side swiped by a female driver with no insurance. I have patience and wait for her to save up a few bucks to fix my car. Almost 4 months later I finally get my baby back.
Today on my way home sitting at a red light, I get rear ended by a lexus by way of a big ass suv! The female suv driver ends up telling the state patrol that she didn't know thw light was red so she bent down to get her sunglasses out of the glove box.... Stupid!!!!
I wish I could post pics on here but i'm still to new....

So she couldn't see that the car was not moving and was actually stationary? Huh...

She rear ended you, automatically at fault right? Did you not have un-insured motorist coverage when the first accident occured? That would have fixed your car at no cost to you and it wouldn't have taken 4 months. Worth looking into. (well only if the MN laws are the same as in CA)

yeah...all her fault.
The lexus took 99% of all the damage to her rear and her front. I'm just glad that the e34 is not a plastic car like most of them are now today.
It pushed my bumper in and scraped it up pretty good. I'm just glad she has insurance cause I don't want to have to go through what I did last time......

You're mighty nice in letting the first accident evil-doer save up the cash to fix your car and you also got lucky she came through. I let that happen once and I got screwed. Now when someone tags one of my cars I let them boo-hoo their sob story all they want while I call my insurance company. The last person that rear-ended me was an unlicensed, uninsured girl who's mom threatened to sue me if I called my insurance company...on the basis that I wasn't being fair! lmao

That's the first time I've ever heard of someone coming through on that. Massively stupid to not go through insurance for a variety of reasons but glad it worked out for him.
About that stupid mom, I don't know what to think. I'm truly at a loss for words.

If you upload your pictures to a site like photobucket.com
It will give you a code to post on forums using an IMG tag, if you do it this way you don't have to make more posts to show pics

It was an IS300.
Wasn't her fault though.... A Chrysler Aspen slammed into her then she was pushed right into me.....

You know I asked that question one of the many times I had to go to traffic school and the instructor said that if the car behind you hits you because someone hit them, then the car behind you is technically at fault for hitting you. That's because the cars are supposed to have sufficient space between them, but we all stop bumper to bumper. So in essence the car that hit her is responsible for damage to her car and she is responsible for damage to your car. Go figure.

Thats retarded, if anyone you are the one that can sue. B/c its the law to have car insurance, right? You can get fined and the fine is super pricey plus being unlicensed...don't get me started.
Sorry to hear about the accident but glad your E34 wasn't damaged badly.
