5HP24 Shift kit?

Does anyone know if there is a way to firm up the shifting of the 5HP24? I am not looking for it to shift like a hot rodded mustang, I just want each shift to feel solid and distinct. BTW the car is a 2002 540.

In this thread: http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/527361/ a guy had ZF work over his valve body, and the result was very smooth shifting. It is an excellent post.

Is there something available to do what I want? any help appreciated!

They just rebuilt the valve body, no modifications. That said, other groups, like Level 10, do alter it to give firmer shifts. They are not ZF certified, however.
