Clean look sample (there are many others that have been left out):

I just threw in the all caps font just to mix things up a bit...

If I had to pick from the 4 sets provided, it would be the non italicized top font. Just for fun can you do some in the script that the boot badges are in?

Which script for the boot badges would you like, more like the 'M' in M3 or more like the 'ti' in 318ti? I'll see what I can find for either. Thanks.

gee, could your poll question be any more biased?

I am not trying to be an a**, but I haven't seen any I'd put on my car yet.

That's the whole point. My intention is to get to the root of what style people want. Obviously we won't nail the specifics in one shot, but IMO (and others) there were no clear winners in Bob's posts, hence this poll. No offense intended to anyone, I just want this to be fair and to the liking of the majority.

To everyone: please post font choices of your own as well...Bob, Kevlar and I must not be the only ones here.

Now we're getting somewhere eurospeed! See, let's offer some different styles. The styles I offered were only some of a zillion out there and I like many different styles, (yours included)!!!

Don't criticize...which is what you've been doing, but offer different ideas. I truly believe you have missed the point of my poll posts but now maybe you can see what I was after; more offerings and ideas.

Notice that I have not criticized your offerings like you have mine! I bet you have many other styles you like in the bag...as I do!

And I must say "your" poll was very "biased", "childish" and uncalled for by calling my examples "sloppy". Not the best way to make friends and be a team player!

What do you guys think of this? I like a fat font like a tire tread. But also wanted it to be clean. This is the closest I could get.

Ok, I put a little more effort to make this look a little cleaner. The download on the first one wasn't to my liking so I'm gonna see if this looks better. I couldn't get the all upper case look as the other one, so see if you like this. I don't mean to step on anyone's toes. So don't flame too bad. Thanx.

Mr. Chairman,
I move to make this selection the official mobile logo of bimmerforums.com

Lopaka,

I really like what you've done in your example for our logo.

Would you be kind enough to "also" play around with this same version in whatever way you like in order to offer a few more examples of similar style?

Just as a few examples:

Make the "MW" and the "Enthusiast Forum" slightly larger which would come closer to the "immerForum.com"

Drop the word "Forum" after the word "Enthusiast"

Make the ".com" smaller in size

Make the word "Forum" (after "immer") slightly smaller and then the ".com" slightly smaller still.

Anything you can think of that may better the present style and/or offer different versions would be appreciated.

Also, I would like to see what you may have in mind for a "compact" version of this same "spread out" example. The reason I ask is because we may elect to have a very small decal (similar in size to the one BMW/CCA offers) that can be applied to the inside of the sides or front window.

I would really appreciate any further examples that you feel would be interesting to the members.

Just so you (and others) are aware of how we will decide; after we have seen any other examples you might add we will ask for a poll vote to narrow them down to the best two or three. In the meantime we also want to have a poll vote to narrow eurospeed's examples down to two or three too. Finally we will ask for a final poll vote which will include the most popular of the poll votes along with Kevlar's two or three examples to determine the one we will use for our official logo design. As noted, we may also want a "compact" version which must carry the same style of letter fonts, colors, etc. but rearranged, etc. to make it small in size.

Thanks for any further help you can offer us.

Thanks Lopaka! We at least have one more choice (version) of your example. I know it's time consuming to design one and I appreciate it.

We will narrow the choices down to only a handful very soon and make a final determination (by poll vote) of which style we will have for our official logo.

Thanks for your positive comments.
