So my driver window gets really really slow and I can hear the motor struggling to get the window down when it is 3/4 down. Recently my door brake fell into the door and I think it bent the track for the window. What can I do? I don't want to burn my motor out and I dont like that I cant even get my window down all the way.

Open up the door panel and find the brake for starters, if it isn't jamming the motor then check the track for bends by feel.

Pull the door panel off and clean the tracks, replace the guides, and grease them with new white lithium grease. Then, clean the rubber guides in the front and rear of the door with alcohol and paper towels or rag. Get some silicon lubricant(spray kind) that is a dry lubricant and lubricate the guides.
I had the same issue and after doing the above it goes down like new.

^^^ That, AFTER you remove the door brake that's likely jamming it and preventing it from lowering all the way. And it's highly likely the tracks are tweaked from the motor trying to get past the door brake.
