Ok this new project I just started needs a paint job. I won't be getting this done until next spring. Anyone know of a good place to get the whole car re-done as you can see in the pictures someone attempted to paint the car but failed pretty bad.

You could always prep it yourself and then have Maaco spray it. Just a suggestion to save money...

Thank you for the suggestion, if I was to do the prep work myself would a paint job done by Maaco or any body shop still be warrantied (not sure if Maaco even offers a warranty)?

I don't think any paint shops offer a warranty on paint? I could be wrong though.

Maybe a warranty on defects for a short period of time after the vehicle is painted, ie a month or so. If there were any problems with the paint (peeling, bubbling, etc.), I would think any reputable shop would at least entertain the idea that it could be because of their paint or techniques.

I got my black 325is painted at this place in Concord NH. It needed alot of bodywork and I haggled the guy down. He is a foreigner and can smell it if you don't know what your doing or if your like me and are picky but want it done cheap. I had him fix the rear quarter panel (some places told me i had to replace it which is over 2k) roof bumper both fenders trunk hood and fixed rust in the wheel wells. I was quoted around 3k everywhere else and i can't remember exactly but i want to say it was $800 or $1000. It came out beautiful almost perfect except i bought an after market hood which did not fit perfect but not noticable to most people. The name of the place is Dave's Autobody its behind Nissan on Manchester st. in Concord NH. 93 exit 13 (manchester st exit) go right if coming north off exit and follow about a mile it will be on the left behind Nissan. I forgot the owners name but it isnt Dave. You can tell him Dylan with the black BMW told you he did a great job at a descent price. Good luck.

How long ago did you have it done, and how has it lasted? Was most of the car already black?

If your close to Exeter, Cote's Autobody repainted my E36 (see my sig below) and the did a factory quality paint. Looks outstanding.
