Already paid, going to pick it up in the morning.
I drove it for my friend who I am buying it off from Miami to his house for about 3 hours and car was awesome! So I bought it off him for "cheap" enough ;)
Silver
M20, doesn't burn oil, no drips either :D
189,000 miles (I know, I already put in a bid on a new M20.... and I ordered up some Eagle rods & pistons :redspot)
5-speed Getrag
Black Leather CLEAN!
All windows and locks work
Sun Roof - still works
COLD A/C :D
Will take pictures and have a going build thread.
Things that need to be cleaned up:
-Paint needs some help - Wash/wax/clay bar tomorrow
-Taking seats out to get the carpet REAL clean
-Needs new front door panels
-Some new weather striping
-Upper seat belt covers on the pillars
-Kick guards under the door
-Driver side power seat buttons
-Left Corner turn signal lights - Getting replaced with clear corners
-New plugs / oil change / coolant flush
-Needs hood lift
-Needs a head unit (old owner just unplugged his and took it)
-Needs a new front bumper IMO - cracked in some places
What I am going to do to it: Let me know if you think there is something I should or shouldn't do.
-Wash / wax / claybar
-New plugs / oil change / coolant flush / tranny flush / Fuel filter
-Condition Leather
-M5 front bumper - I really like the M5 bumper or else I would get the BAV auto dtm splitter (black)
-Ground Control or Nex Coilovers. Need to decide by tomorrow
-Flip out dvd head unit... not sure which one I am going to go with
-Already got some Type 32 wheels locked down with tires to throw on.
-Hawk HPS pads all the way around
-Clear Corner front turn signal lights
-Interior trim kit to replace broken trim peices
-New Front Door Panels
-New Driver Seat adjustment buttons
-New hood dampers
-Angel Eye head lamps
-Zenesis N502 alarm + remote start
That is it until I get the new M20 built. I am kind of addicted to boost. I was the kid that turbo'd his blazer and always hung out with David A with the E36 who thinks he is hot shit on this board ;) jp.
All that is getting is little bit of head work, 3-way valve job, cometic gasket, J.E. pistons, Eagle Rods, ARP Hardware + New oil pan with return line then a GT30R or 35R (not sure) will be joining it in the engine bay along with MS2 :D.
Enough speculation
-I will post some pictures tomorrow of before and after I clean her. She has some paint damage as well which I am going to see what it takes to get taken care of.

Sound like it could be a bad relay module. I'd love to sell you any of the parts you need, I have a running 89 525i I'm parting, see sig, with the same color interior. And don't do angel eyes. Please god don't do angel eyes.
And do you mean you're ordering a new M20 to build? Because if you're worried about that mileage you're going to be pleasantly surprised.

I know about the M20's strength. But I am looking to make some serious power on it, and I am going to build another motor and then just swap it and keep this 200,000 mile motor for maybe a miata I have laying around and turbo it ;).

Haha that middle line made me "what?" then laugh. And I've seen you experimenting with new signatures lately. Fan of this current one.

I stopped reading at angel eyes and clear corners... Make sure you can actually come through on this dream list...stuff like the M5 bumper is rather hard to find.

Already ordered half of the stuff. I was just going to do an M5 replica bumper. But since I am new to the bimmer stuff I have been taking a look around and there are some lips out there that make a regular E34 bumper look really good. But I do need a new bumper mine is all cracked :(

I DO NOT HAVE PALSY. MY CAMERA IS A POS WITH RANDOM EXPOSURE TIMES AFTER BEING DROPPED MANY TIMES. Thank you for your concern if you think my pictures suck. Because they do.

That was the beginning of the day.
Started in the trunk-
Pulled out the rear mat- All sorts of nice stuff in there, mainly old candy wrappers and a knife..... Pulled the carpet, cleaned all spots reinstalled all of the side peices back in correctly. Looks like someone had a deer in the trunk from how fubard they where put in there.

Didn't like the hole when you put the rear arm rest down. I am going to get some tweed to put in there but for now all I had was some old carpet samples laying around.

I am in the process of waxing it right now. Will take pictures when done.
Then I am onto cleaning the engine bay, changing the oil and flushing the coolant.
And here is a present.

You can adjust that wiper :stickoutt
And you know thats a somewhat sought-after wheel right?

It is a great looking wheel, so I assume thats why its saught after. I think it will look great with my color, and hopefulyl I can souce an ACS front bumper.
Does anyone know if ACS still produces their bumper for the E34?

I was like wtf, the dude's got bottlecaps, are you screwing with the new guy? Then I scrolled back up and caught it.
OP, do you have palsy or something? Those pics look like they were taken with a toaster.
:D
Car looks good, what color is it exactly?

Hahahahah see the top of my picture post. I said to excuse my palsy like skills, I actually just did an 8 ball of smack before I busted out the camera lol.
Not sure on the color. Not O.E. .......... :( Has a flake in it but I am trying to find out.
QUESTION
Does anyone have a picture of this lip on their car?
Says that it is an ACS but the price makes me wonder, if its a knockoff thats fine as long as it looks like a real ACS lip.

Okay so I set out today with good intentions. To change the oil and clean the engine bay. Got the engine bay cleaned. Then I drained the oil. There was a shit load of RTV on the drain plug that had me wondering..... so I stuck my finger in the whole (like a good soldier ;)) and pulled out 3 full threads..... GREAT! So since I found out after a compression test this motor has leaky valves in cylinders 1 and 3 (but still drives great) I was just going to put the universal plugs that screws down on it self to plug the hole. Screwed it down and it pulled right out.
So tomorrow I am going to buy a tap set and drill a bigger hole, tap it and put a in a new bolt......
+ I have decided to paint all of hte chrome trim with matte black, hopefully looks good. Will take pictures tomorrow.
