Car/engine shake

car shakes a little when I turn the engine off.... What can cause this?

check the spark plugs?

I'm thinking it's a run-on/carbon build up...I'm going to check spark plugs and injectors when I get home

Do you have a manual gearbox?

Could be build up in the intake system in your throttle bottle. Plugs are a quick easy check as well.

true it can be transmission problem.... when you come to a full stop does the car shake or even at low speeds, or just when you shut it off?

Not what I was going to say.

I was assuming that you are hearing a little rattle and shake right when you turn the car off.
If so, it's the super heavy flywheel coming to a stop.

yea its a manual, i put some injector fluid cleaner and ran the car for a bit, it got better...and there is a little rattle, i think its from the exhaust, cause the protector surrounding it is kinda falling off and rusted...its like a small shell, pretty thin.

only when shutting off, the transmission is in awesome condition.
