Is this place as much of a hole as NTB? I need to get some tires mounted and want to just get it done quick during lunch.

that place sucks... they dont believe in road force balancing and they put a wheel weight onto the inner lips of my friends wheels after i told them to do sticky weight.

and they put 4 diffrent speed rating tires on a AWD car... to much hassel for me

Bah.

Anyone know of a decent place around Bedford/Billerica that will install tires from Tire Rack?

Sears at the Burlington Mall does it. They even balance the outer and inner of my race tires. Get the jacked mexican guy. Hes really good.

yes i told them when i bought my toyos that if i found wheel weights stuck to the outer lip there would be bloodshed. so instead they broke one of my center caps.

went to one two years ago looking for winter tires.... needed 18's for my oem rims so they were a little expensive, so i shopped around

gary at tirerack quoted me $891 shipped..... good price but still wanted to shop around

went to TFT... these fvckers were like "oh blizzacks are overrated, you should get these tires"..... showed me some no name (not even cooper, some random tire) POS tire and said they are "just as good" and i should order them right now because i won't be able to find a better deal anywhere else....... $1200.... HA, so i played dumb and asked how much the blizzacks would cost................ $1600

so i called him an asshole and told him to go fvck himself and told him my quote from tirerack
f that place, i'll be goddamned if someone thinks they can make a fool out of me

*oh after i told him my quote from tire rack, he said "yea but then you'll have to pay to get them mounted and balanced"

oh i'm sorry.... M+B 4 tires cost $700?????????

I'LL KILL YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY MOTHERFVCKER I HOPE YOU GET RAN OVER BY THAT STAMPEDE FROM THE LION KING

(just thinking about the arrogance gets my blood boiling, can you tell?)

I guess the lesson here is remove the center caps before having tires mounted?

mm hmm the whole twist off theory is a no go with them even when provided with the BBS wrench. you'd think i would learn so far they have bought me a new ignition for my 735i (grand total $885) 2 hubcaps for my chrysler and a center cap for the 635.

from the garage door... my family owns a garage but has older equipment that can be pretty harsh on bigger wheels/ lower profile wheels so I go there and shoot the shit with them

It does when they know that going in. Montvale Tire tried the same trick to me and I had my girlfriend call and ask the same questions about mounting and balance 2 tires for my M3, assuming she bought them there.

Agreed that they all suck.

Ended up at Accurate Auto and Tire in Burlington. They're a tire rack installer. They were good - gave me a loaner for a day, even took my car to get inspected for me. Good spot for people in the area.

I have never had a problem at TFT in natick, the bald hispanic 20something year old is pretty chill and will work to get his price down, he will look up prices from other places on the same tire and will take the lowest one. I ended up paying $308.00 for 4 toyo proxes tpt m+b+a road hazard and free snow tire change over on the bimmer. My last car he hooked me up with fuzion Hri at $105 for two tires M+B+A snow tire change over and road hazard.
