Drive-line 'give'. Any ideas?

For a month-or-so now I've been feeling a slight give or slip somewhere in the drive line. This only occurs when the drive line has been unloaded followed by getting on the throttle. It feels a bit like a slipping clutch, but only for a fraction of a second, then...normal.

Could this be a sign of a guibo on it's way out?

Ooh, I think I'm experiencing the same symptom, but didn't give the guibo a thought.
