Changed brakes and rotors and replaced both sensors. Went through the process of reprogramming and also disconnected the battery (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=64164#). The check brake linings is still on.????? I dsiconected and reconnected the sensors also. Could it be I have a bad sensor??, or should I do something else???, or worst case take it to the dealer to have them reset??

Turn key to position 2 (don't start the car) for approximately thirty seconds.
Turn key to position 0 and it should clear the error message.

When I had my brakes done, it took a day or two for the error message to go away.
The method posted above has been used by other members successfully, so I'm not sure what's up.

That's the way to do it as per James and the Bentley Manual.
