Coolant Vent Screw
Expansion Tank Cap

Am I forgetting something?

do your belts and pulleys while you have everything off...
bmw coolant
if you buy oem all the vent screws are attached but always nice to have extra
hose clamps (the kind you tighten with a phillips)

if you break them fan shroud(happens alot)
if you loose the rubber that the radiator sits on... dont for get them... two on each side...

Lol you and me both Pavel. Too bad I'm not in norcal yet or we could have a cooling system day. My new radiator came in but I'm waiting to buy all the parts I can think of before doing the repair.

How are your Vanos Seals and valve cover gasket?

check those motor mounts so you dont have a "boom it went through my hood" thread. also... go with the metal impellar on the water pump and the brass bleeders.

i would do the temp senor too. mine started leaking after the swap. i used electrical tape around the o-ring till i could get a new one.

Thermostat housing. It comes with the thermostat and gasket. The plastic housings get weak with heat & time, best to just replace the whole thing.

+1 on the temp sensors too. they're so cheap not to replace them while you're at it. i know mine went out soon after the overhaul.

You really need to replace the Vanos seals while you have the car that far apart--if the cooling system is that far down the road--makes sence to replace the valve cover gasket and Vanos seals at the same time.
