Taking my Front seat out, help

Have a 2001 530i.. lost something expensive under the seat.. im afraid it went under some carpet and wanting help removing the seat to look for it. So if anyone can help reply asap, thank in Advance!

Does it involve unscrewing the 2 back bolts holding the seat down?

I think there 4 bolts , and if iam not mistaken, there torx bolts

Summary:
Remove the plastic covers protecting the rails
Remove the 4 Torx bolts which secure the seat
Remove the torx bolt which anchors the seat belt
Remove the Pivot pin for the cable which adjusts the seat belts height.
Disconnect the seat wiring harness
Remove seat.
