zf310/5 swap complete! Diff ratio question- everyone applys

So yesterday was my first ride in my car since the reverse shitout in my auto tranny and the 5 speed is so tight and smooth, i absolutly dig it. however my gearing seems really odd... first is sooo short and at 40mph im in 4th. I plan on riding on my summer shoes which are 235/40zr18 tires on some style 32's and im wondering what all you guys use for diff ratios. Tell me what you got and how it works.

you need the 3.23 from the manual, not the 4.10 from the automatic.

then you can do 60 in 2nd.

you'll have to change either the flange on the manual diff to an auto flange, or change the shaft to match.

you have a completely different driveline with an overdrive transmission.
m50 5 speeds are true 5 speeds. not 4+OD.
