Negative Battery Cable

The Bolt tightening the head to the post just spins after getting to a point. It doesn't tighten down and I can actually just pull the thing off the post now.. I've seen some Uber Ground Cables on ebay.. any benefot there or just grab anything from a parts store?

id just either replace the screw and nut or replace the whole battery terminal end
