Yeah I know, i'm not big on aftermarket lights either. I didn't know Hella actually made clears.

Chrome bulbs. Basically an amber bulb coated in a chrome-look paint or whatever. Looks invisible in the light housing, but lights up amber.

You can BUY stealth bulbs but they're a huge ripoff at like $30 a pair. I just bought the normal orange clear ones and used some chrome spraypaint it's the same thing. I've used both and $2 is much better than $30 for some bulbs.

The "stealth bulbs" are actually just a brand name. And yeah, $30 for a pair of bulbs is ludicrous. The bulbs in the picture I posted above are $3 a piece.

Nice. I made the mistake of buying official stealth bulbs when I first got my clears. what site did you get those off of? Or did you just buy them local?

I run clears bulb but I get an orangy glow from them. And I don't know any cops, and with my new subs I won't be making any friends

I have clear bulbs in clear front signals. They look yellow next to my HIDs though. Anyone ever used LED bulbs, i like the crisp on off blinking. Might not be worth the turn signal message that it will cause though

bavauto sells these, doesn't say they are HELLA but they may be. Pretty pricey though.
