Need door help

I can't get my rear passanger door open from inside or outside.
What do I need to do? Beside ripping off thedoor panel.
Any help would be great. Did a search but most were
for other models or years.

I did find the diy, but not alot as far as not just ripping off the door panel

There's only one thing to do and it is ripping off the door panel.
