I had such a bad time with them. I order a right side foglight for E36 for 34.00, they sent me the leftside instead. Took them almost 4 weeks before i finally got it with alot of emails.

It is so annoying. :(

Hmmm...I beg to differ, I ordered a bunch of brake parts from them and I got them all at low price and in decent timing too. I guess it's up to the rep who handles the call.

I ordered a Porsche from them and they sent me this 328! Well, it all worked out for the best.

That's a joke, by the way. Joking!

I think they have the best prices i seen so far, but if your lucky enough not to be screw over when they ship your parts. At the end it cost the same as buying from somewhere else for return shipping and all.

I ordered new spark plugs from them for my 323is. Got four of one kind, two of another. I ordered through their website and put specific part numbers and total quanities, and they still goofed up. They did quickly correct their mistake, but I was miffed at the time. Their prices are good for sure, though.

i just ordered bilstein sports package and on thier site it says free shipping, but they charged me when i phoned them(went back to site after i placed order, and thats when i noticed). wtf. i think they also double charged one of my credit cards but my credit card company said that they have to wait a couple more days to find out who the charges are from. but i know it was from them cause it was for the same amount and the same date and time.:12: still waiting to see if shipment is screwed or not. they said 2-3 days but today was the third day and ups scheduled delivery doesnt say until the 4th. :shifty:

just wait. i was content also cause i was on another post where they were bashed by a few people. then cmuzzy(chris i guess) tried to back zygmunt up. i guess its a 50/50 chance from what i see. fair prices even though they did charge me for shipping.

I just got the refund for the return shipping back from them after asking for it for the past few weeks. I guess they aren't all that bad.

There web page is a pain in the butt to navigate around, and it takes alot of clicks just to find out they do not have the part you want in stock. But hey, for fog light as $72 thats pretty good.

Yeah their site could use some work. I don't have to worry about that anymore though, I've got a copy of the BMW ETK parts CD and a cost+10% deal at a local dealership again ;)

Radiatior hoses, belts and a water pump..from Zygmunt. They got here CA. in 6-days. (across country)
The water pump didn't ship, but the bill of lading says it's shipping from somewhere else. Waiting but the prices were excellent. Chris Muzy is a no-frills no BS kind of guy and I like that. I mean people do screw up and who you talk to isn't the only person in the loop. From reading your other posts he seems like he makes good on mistakes..That's all I really care about good prices and good customer service. I think with web purchases you can't be in too great a hurry. I'll buy from him again
for sure...

Ordered from Circle BMW (metal pedals) also on 8/24 but haven't seen them yet.

Ordered from AA (al. thermostat housing and 71 deg. thermostat) also 8/24 but haven't seen that.

Hmmm I haven't tried since upgrading to IE 6. About that CD, do you have a fast Internet connection? :shifty:

Cable... so about 2 megabit down...

and on their site I would get "This shopping cart has already been submitted and is pending approval" if I ever tried to add something to the cart...

which is fine... I dont plan on using their site for a while... and I am down to $30 total in my bank... :bluecry1:

i dont plan on assking for the shipping charges back cause i dont want to cry for a measly 12 bucks, but if they did screw up and doule charged my card im gonna b pissed, cause when i called chris back 30 minutes after the order after checking my card status, he said he had the copies of the trasnsactions and that he didnt double charge me. im gonna check again tommorow. but i think my cc compay will take care of it for me.

If you're just seeing two authorizations I wouldn't worry too much. As long as they only send in one slip to the cc company you'll only get charged once.

Yeah but if think about it, something for $34 plus the return shipping it is a big difference. unless i am buying something in the hundreds, then i won't really care.

Btw u buy from them because u wanna save money (Cheap), if u don't care why don't you cry at the dealer and paid full price.
No offense intended just pointing this out.

u can see from my first post on this thread it was for the bilstein sports package so the order is in the hundreds

i said i "wasnt" gonna cry about it,so what r u trying to say? it does sound offensive to me.

easy guys, what he's trying to say is that Chris (Zygmunt) has good prices and sometimes there are mistakes with some shipments. but this can be justified with the cheaper prices that he offers.

I don't see any hostility in what either of what you two have said. His post looked like it was directed to everybody who would be a customer, not directly at you...you may have misread it or taken it to heart.

Oh yeah, my order arrived in 2 different shipment within a coupla days difference. I almost freaked out at them when my invoice said I was charged for all the parts in the first shipment. Called them and was told that the parts was shipped straight from different supplier. But I eventually get everything though. I would recommend them to anyone.

you could order from BavAuto, and then use BavAuto's lowest price guaranteed deal to knock down the price :) you get your parts quickly for the same price.

i said i "wasnt" gonna cry about it,so what r u trying to say? it does sound offensive to me.

It was a quote from what u said to me, so i replied by saying that it was justify of me to ask them to paid for their mistakes.

You on the other hand made it sound like you don't care much about money (measly $12).

I am not trying to start a argument here, i just wanna say i work hard for my car and money. $12 to you might not be much, but to me i could buy 2 meals at McDonalds and still have change left.

My return shipping wasn't even close to your amount, but money is money. A penny saved is a penny earned. :12:

OMG, OMG, "NUTSCRAPE!" I've never heard that before. Man, that shit had me laughing for 3 minutues. Then I stopped because I remembered about the story in the Off-Topic about the guy with his balls pulled off.
