I just bought a 1993 325i, the guy who owned it before me didnt do much in the way of interior upkeep so I am trying to replace alot of the interior bulbs and my question has to do with my headlights. The outside headlight is on all the time it doesnt matter what I do with the headlight switch. The typical running light/high beam does not go on as a running light but the high beams work. As well the interior dash lights are on all the time even when the headlight switch is turned off. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the headlights in particular the back of the headlight switch. Is this where I should be looking.
