Dinan rebate?

I am wondering if anyone has submitted and received a rebate from Dinan recently. They had a 15% rebate on purchases through the end of February. I submitted a rebate form in mid Feb. and haven't heard anything. My email inquiries are also going unanswered.

dinan is having issues with communication, the rebates have been offered and fullfilled.
