What is a fair price to pay for a set of (4) 17x7.5 LTW's that are in great physical shape, but need to be refinished (since they've been spray painted :mad)?

genuine LTW's? $800 wouldn't be out of the question, but spray-painted..!! I'd try to pick em up for 400

Yeah, they're genuine. The backs were stamped.
