Passenger Door Won't Open

I bought this car, and I cannot seem to open the passenger side door. Got the inside panel off, and not sure where to go from here. How can I get the door unlatched?

Does it just feel like it's locked from the outside? Unlock it. Go to the outside and push the door into the car. While you're doing that, pull the handle. release pressure on the door, and it should open. Mine does the same thing and I've just been too lazy to fix it ;)

No this door is STUCK, will not budge at all! The door handle inside and out feels like a pop, but door doesn't budge. Maybe like a safety lock is on, I can lock and unlock the door.

hmmm... that's really strange.

the locking mechanism is probably blown and it was in lock setting when it failed.. Im not sure what to do but thats probably the culprit
