View Full Version : Tranny oil lines on radiator...

Gonna do the radiator.. Some say that the tranny lines need to be disconnected.. others say no.. Anyone know for sure ? Wanna be prepared for this.

I dont think so. I cant remember. But you should just unscrew the cooler from the rad. Check pelicanparts.com for the diy

The cooling lines run to a smaller cooler that hangs in front of the radiator. That cooler needs to be diconnected by a couple screws but the lines are never disconnected.

I second that...It's an EXTREMELY easy project, so don't be intimidated.:cool

+3 on this I just did mines over the weekend. Easy removal. No difference in 5 speed or auto tranny's.
