2nd trip to the dealer in a week and finally got a new fuel pump replaced.

So now the problem is that the gas paddle feel lighter like driving a Honda Civic. I still feel the acceleration like before when everything was normal but there seem to be split second turbo lag now.

Still, I can't get use to the light paddle. Anyone experiencing the same? is it normal?

ARGH!

Oh wait -- Or could they have re-programmed it so it drives with less Vroomm to help keep the pump in better shape?

What's a paddle doing in your car? Are you a professional ping pong player?

Wait a second... hold on... :eyecrazy

Oh, the gas pedal! Is that what you meant, a pedal?

Sorry. For most people who post here English is their first language. :rolleyes

I keed. :D

I think it's your imagination. Really. The gas pedal is electronic, not mechanical. There is no connection to anything, so changing the fuel pump would have absolutely no effect on it. Even a computer reprogram would not effect the operation of the pedal, which is nothing more than a fancy rheostat.
