Rear door wont open

I want to let every one know I did a search. I went through the Lock reset instructions. No luck

The rear drivers door will not open. The lock appears to be on. I cant pull the manual rod up to unlock. I have tried with pliers but it barely moves. And the door will not open. I have tried the inside and outside handles.
Its a parts car and all i Really want is the door panel. So I am ready to cut the outside of the door off if I need to. the door is rust free and straight so I dont want to trash it.

So if there are any suggestions about how to get it open. I was thinking aboue unhooking the door hinges but it still be connected by the latch. Has any one done it this way before?

pull the rear seat bottom and seat back out and you should be able to remove the door panel to acces the inside of the door to manually open it.

This. Worked for me. My back right door hadn't opened since 1993, PO didn't care, and I opened it. Stuck actuator. Moisture inside+lack of use=rust=seizure.

Lol sorta. The body is straight, but the metal of the actual actuator wasn't. If it weren't for interior sun damage and my own driver error she'd still be flying down the highway.
