Looks nice. I had my RD headers ceramic coated a flat black since I didn't want them to be too noticeable during smog checks.

nice, just keep it clean because the jet hot polished finish doesnt like to get dirty. also make sure your EGTs stay around 1350F maxish.

What are the benefits of ceramic coating, aside from the obvious aestetic reasons?

Keeps heat out of the engine bay

Thermal Efficiency...less heat being transferred out, means higher temps inside, making flow better.:)

I thought they may have been IE's M30 headers, but they don't look the same as those ones:

Huh? We're talking about exhaust gas. Variation of flow rates of gases because of temp is negligable. Higher temps mean more volume. If anything, backpreasure would increase very slightly. Keeping those temps out of the engine bay however is a good thing.

I agree with Sherman - pipe diameter has bigger impact on velocity, and I believe that too much velocity (keeping it sub sonic) is a bad thing.
I have ceramic just to keep engine bay temps down.

They're Racing Dynamics headers.
were can you purchase these
They're no longer produced anymore so the only way to buy them is used.

Lucky you. I wish it was like that in California.
