View Full Version : Bay Area or Nor Cal Meet?

Hey, I was thinking since the East Coast guys are having a meet this month, maybe we West Coast guys should have a meet? I have never been to a meet before so I don't really know what to expect but there are plenty of sites to see and places we can go. I just want to see how many of us West Coast guys are interested to have a meet within the next month or so? Possibly in May so we have about a month to finalize a certain date and location. I'm willing to drive anywhere from around Sacramento to the Bay Area. Anyone know good spots for site seeing / picture taking / group car photos?

A lot of people are itching for a meet here in the 'Bay, but we need someone to step up to the plate and get something going...

I'm in too. Pretty much anytime, anywhere here in the Bay Area. An e34 meet would definitely be awesome! I'd be able to help out someone who wants to take the lead on this... never been to a meet before, so I wouldn't really know where to start...

I'm down for may or june or whenever. We need to get this organized. Just start throwing ideas of where and when we could do this!

Don't think I'll be back till like June 12th. If you guys organize one before then I'll just try and photoshop my car in the pictures haha

I'd like to have a meet with all you guys soon. June sounds good, may be enough time to get my coilover and wheels on.

June sounds good to me, and I'm guessing this will most likely take place in the Bay, Do any of you guys know a good spot to meet up and drive? I recently went to Bolinas, just north of SF during Christmas and highway 1 seems like a great place to drive w/ alot of twists, any suggestions?

Great roads, great scenery, and not a lot of traffic on Sundays earlyish in the morning. Can't really go wrong there. Peninsula drives are fun too, since there are some cool mountain roads.

Time and place? I vote 3am on I-280, maybe with some CA85 and CA9 thrown in. :devillook

My vehicles won't be ready anytime soon - Irina's broken the last straw and is no longer considered a car, and the wagon is still in pieces. And Napoleon, well... Best I can do for the next month or so is a 735i/5, or a Lexus SC300 with a Supra TT engine.
