FMU ratios?

I have seen many different ratios for RRFPR's and I have no idea which one is best suited for the m20? Any input?

Now that i have that out of the way, is there any reason why Begi is the preferred brand of rrfpr? everyone (who is ghetto rigging a turbo) on BFC seems to use them.
