My e36 just turned 14!!!! and 130k miles!!

what are somethings i should have replaced/upgraded since my car is getting older and seems to be lossing its spunk

Or

things i should check to keep it running better??

Air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, seafoam engine, lower control arm bushings, tranny/engine mounts, shifter bushings, shifter boot, clean throttle body, clean ICV, cooling system rebuild using pelicanparts, sway bard end links, all 4 shocks, rear trailing arm bushings, rear shock mounts (and front ones while you're at it), wash, clay paint and polish and wax.

dont forget guibo and center bearing too. diff and trans fluid. royal purple 75-140 in diff

belts and hoses...... whens the last time you flushed your coolant, brake fluid, power steering?

Also, cooling system components, water pump, thermo, thermos house, water temp sensor

i got new shockes/struts all around, new brake pads and routers, oil changed, o2 sensors, air filter, and new plugs, and i replaced one rear sway bar(or as i have heard it be called wish bone) was damaged and had replaced

thanks for the help ill see what i can do

Give it a full service & replace or upgrade anything made from rubber.
Then clean it & make it as fresh looking as possible.
