Hi everyone, here is a little write up on the best way I found to remove an exhaust system from the exhaust manifold to muffler.
Tool:
- Small ratchet with 11mm socket, swivel socket, extension
- Bigger ratchets with 13mm socket and extention
- WD40
- Hammer
- Metal pipe to have a longer reach with the small ratchet
- Safety google
- Patience

1.First of all, you may want to spray all of the nuts that needs to be removed. Use WD-40 or similar product.
2.From under the car, remove the 3 nuts that are bolted on the exhaust manifold to midpipe flange. You only need to unbolt the nuts on the flange that is closer to you.

3.From the engine bay, remove the 12 nuts from the head-to-manifold studs. Begin with the left one and let the right side alone for now.
4.Secure the exhaust with a piece of wood. You would'nt want to drop that exhaust on your head when it no longer holding on the car.
5.From under the car, remove the two bolts that hold the midpipe bracket and remove the two rubber holders. Unplug the oxygen sensor connector. Go on the muffler section and remove the two nuts that hold the brackets to the muffler. The exhaust should be free to go by now.

6.From the engine bay, remove the 12 nuts from the other exhaust manifold. You will need a swivel socket for the last two nuts.
7.Now replace all of the head-to-manifold studs that may have been removed in the previous process.
8. Installation in reverse, I suggest you begin by the exhaust manifold. and then midpipe, and finish with the muffler.
