This is for my '99 E36 M3. I got my Eibach sway bar kit delivered from Tirerack last week and tried to install it on Friday/Saturday for Autox on Sunday. The removal/installation of the front was no problem. After removing the rear sway bar, I noticed that the bushings supplied were different from the ones that I removed. The ones I received were much larger and had a different design/shape than the stocks. I checked my 101 projects book picture and saw that the urethane bushings pictured looked just like the stock ones I removed (except that they were red vice black). Has anyone else run into this problem?

I just spoke to tirerack and it seems like they sent me the correct parts but that they were bundled from eibach incorrectly. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Also, does anyone have any experience with compensation for the labor or other hardship involved (missing the autox that was prepaid)? Mistakes happen and as long as they replace it quickly I'll be ok but it's always nice when companies try to 'make things right'.

Update:

Tirerack called me back a couple hours after I called them. They got Eibach to overnight me the bushings for free and offerred to waive the shipping charge on my swaybars as compensation for my hardship even though it wasn't their fault. They could not get Eibach to offer me any sort of compensation.

Tirerack is great.
