Got a set of 18x8.5 BBS CHs from James and Brian at BimmerWorld (thanks again guys) and some Dunlop Star Specs from TireRack.com - got everything mounted today and installed the wheels this afternoon.
Better photos tomorrow (and then after I drop it next week when my KWs arrive), but here are 2 teasers:

You're going to love the direzzas...
Those things are sticky as hell, and for the price... you can't beat em! :D

you too? :D
For the guy who wanted a side-shot, sorry for the HORRIBLE lighting / quality (iPhone, yet again) but here's a rough idea of how it looks right now...
(see attachment below, bf.c evidently doesn't let you link photos inline, LAME)
and another shot from the little cruise we went on the other night:

(ended up ordering TMS fixed camber plates for the front, see if that does the trick Friday)

What tire size are you using?

235/40/18 - its a TOUCH tall on an 8" but when put on an 8.5" wheel its pretty much perfect :)
verified that my SUPER slight rubbing is in the rear - it sounds like hell but there's not even a scuff on the tire (almost like a TINY BIT of a shiny area less than 1/8" around) and a slightly cleaner part of the inside edge of the fender -- where the undercoating is or whatever the textured stuff (seemingly body-color or maybe black, hard to tell vs dark paint).
measured ride-height, its actually a tad low in the back by what KW says on their install guide (they say no less than 12.2" from hub center to fender in the rear and its actually 12 1/8 aka 12.125, so its too low. going to raise it 1/4" in the back and then dial in a tad more negative camber since I'll lose a bit when it's raised, and the front is getting the camber plates and will be adjusted from there.
