3 beeps

Okay I just put my wife on the road this morning with her 89 525. She called me and said she heard 3 beeps from the dash. Temp,oil,gas is all good no idiot ligths are on. Any clue what this might be?

ure clock hit 8:59 or 9:59 or something...anythign with :59 mins..just letting u kno the hour is coming up

Or if it was cold outside, the car beeps when the temp hits like 38 or something like that to let you know that ice me be forming on the roads.

maybe she was going faster than the 'maximum MPH' set on the OBD? probably temp though

Could very well be this. My friends pressed some buttons on my OBC and now it does that at every :59 of the hour

I believe you have to push the s/r button, or something like that. It should get rid of the symbol in the top right hand corner.

Yeah just push the s/r button when the time is being displayed, the little icon in the top right should disappear indicating the feature is turned off
