Manual Gear Shift Knob Upgrade

Alright, I was looking at some of UUCs metallic shift knobs, and was wondering if anyone has put a metallic shift knob/e-brake in with a mostly wood grain dash and if it looks good.

Oh God do I hate metal knobs...Nic had one in the 540, a metal AA one. I wanted to chuck it out the window before he got a new one. It would have been more pleasurable to shift without a knob than with that stupid metal one.

Look and mine and Samson's and decide for yourself. I was somewhat concerned with that but didn't care after I saw it and more importantly, used it.

It's a factory piece...not too worried and looks stock.

My middle console and boot are Alcantara, so the black zhp shifter fits perfrect!

LOL I actually really like Minis. :cool At least their interior has a cohesive feel of cheapness and cheesyness, rather than a subdued, simple E34 interior with a chrome ball in the middle.

see now that is slick. I have seen both your interiors and in MY opinion, your black throws off the look in your car. To each their own. But as you said, you got it for what its for....weighted and stuff :P

yea, personally I like the black ZHP look, the wood grain is sick, but only with the black insert on the top, personally I think that momo shifter ruins the look of it more than the ZHP, why not just stick with the stock? It matches better...

Everything in the car is Tan and black....how does more black throw off the look?:confused If the wood is not matching it looks a little wierd imo.
