OEM Suspension of BMW E3 540i/6 - Speed

Can anyone tell me if the 540i/6-speed comes with aluminum control/wishbones on the suspension? My car has the aluminum ones and I was thinking these were upgraded at one time or another. If these are the orginal sourced ones then what is the natural upgrade that everyone opts for on the 540i?

If I am not mistaken Aluminum Lower Contraol Arms are OE for the E34 540.. the usual upgrade are made of unobtanium.

the 540i/6 came with m-tech suspension all around, unless you're lowering it further, that seems to suffice for most. :dunno
