I have e46 m3 rims on my 328is and was wondering if they would slow my car down, it seemed to have gotten quicker with them on but I was wondering wat you guys think

you need at least 22"s if you want to put some good track times down:buttrock

No - the bigger the wheels the more weight (typically, unless some lightweight material) and the more rotational energy needed to turn them. Your car almost never gets faster with extra weight ;)
