can you keep a list of the parts needed and any notes you would find helpful doing this conversion I am inches away from doing it and would appreciate any input

No problem. But i wont be doing this mod until i blow my current tranny. Im going to get the kit from Zionsville, also gonna get
the tranny from them. Hopefully i wont need to get an extra parts from the $tealer. Im just gonna follow the bentlet manual
along with my cousin. So hopefully it will work out fine.

My brother's 92 325i auto tranny is about to die. You can feel it missing a shift every once in a while. How much do you think it'll cost to replace it? Rebuilt the tranny or new?

Another option he's thinking about is an m3 engine swap...:D
