Ok so currently there is an offer in my area for a 2003 525i sedan with premium package and the safety package. Problems or not problems, the car has 56,000 miles. The car is imported from germany and is as a result euro spec don't know if that adds value or removes value please add your input. The condition is good. What do you think the value is?? The people want 12500 for it but i think that is a little too much.
Here is the VIN a report would be amazing!! thanks,

cough up $30 & get a carfax report friend :) If you end up buying the car say for 10k, thats 0.3% pre-investment well spent.
Read this in the forum rules: Announcement on Carfax (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=675839)
Personally I would think, the car is little overpriced. But do a PPI if you plan on anything serious. If all the maintenance stuff has been taken care of, 12.5 might be reasonable enough considering the low mileage.
Good luck.

Not sure what you mean by Euro spec. The VIN shows it is a USA import model. Maybe it was bought for Euro delivery.

2003 525i with a manual trans 56K sounds like a good starting point for negotiation at 12K. I have seem some on cars.com with that mileage asking 14-15K.

You might want to read through this when you get a chance.

I have seen the first repair records they were done in germany and i know for a fact that this is a german spec car so i wonder why the vin decoder is saying it is a us model.

Chances are it was a Euro delivery for an American/foreign purchaser and the car stayed over there for a while and the reason for the service records. My brother has a Euro 528 directly from Germany and it has the cat delete with true headers on it - you might want to take a look under the hood. He was thinking about shipping it back, but it probably won't be worth it due to the federalization costs.
Nutterdog is correct as the vin specs it out as a US car. Could be a marketing gimmick - not sure. What documentation other than the service records do they have that validates the car as a Euro model?

Ok so here is what goes.
I found out that yall are correct it is a us car that someone did the european delivery option on. I paid the car fax and found out that everything is good. Car is in amazing condition and the stick shift is strong.
