First thing to check is under the hood. On the front right (pass. side) behind the headlight, next to the fender, if there is a switch which senses when the hood is closed you are at least wired for a factory alarm.
From there you would go behind the glove box and check to see if there is an alarm module.
Search the forum for "factory alarm" or "factory alarm wiring" I know there is are post with pic's showing the exact location/connector for the module, and the hood switch.
