SOLD!

I am an avid auto detailer and I've kept this thing in great shape. It's about time for it's spring detail session so anyone who buys it will get it detailed for free.

Here are the goods:
-Car is almost 100% stock. with simple, aesthetic changes to keep it looking current
-New Bridgestone Potenza RE760's all around with alignment performed.
-Oil recently changed (Always used Castrol Syntec 5W-40)
-Apexcone Demon Eyes installed with remote feature
-Apexcone LED tail lights
-Control arm bushing still in good shape
-K&N Drop-In Air Filter
-Royal Purple in gearbox
-New Windshield
-Both Keys available
-Satin M Sport shifter knob
-New Battery and Alternator about 6 months ago
-New Serpentine Belt about 8k ago
-New Headlight covers
-Spark plugs changed at about 70k
-New front pads (Hawk) and Cross-drilled rotors from Turner Motorsports changed about 10k ago. (70%-60% life left)
-Very little dings or scratches on the vehicle.

Here are the not so goods:
-Clutch is beginning to slip
-I had a very minor accident a couple of years ago in the vehicle. I was tagged by a driver who had been pushed into me on 635. I had the damaged repaired by Stuart's here in Dallas. One of the best shops money can buy. A new bumper shell was installed. I can send pictures of the damage to anyone who is worried.
-Upholstery on A-pillar has been falling but I've had it re-glued. Same goes for the C-pillars.
-A little wear on the driver's side bolster but it is minimal since I try to avoid contact with it when I sit.
(Both aforementioned items should be expected with E46 coupes)

I purchased the vehicle at the end of Summer in 2006 with 64,000 miles as my second BMW. This car has been absolutely amazing in the nearly 3 years that I've owned it. I am selling it because I just purchased an M Coupe and I have no need for an extra vehicle.
I primarily used it for transportation to school and back for my first semester in Denton. However as of the last 2 semesters I've gotten a house on campus here at UNT and haven't really done much transporting since I acquired the house. So most of the mileage has come from me driving back and forth to Denton and Mesquite in one semester.

I am selling it for $9,999

one last bump before I sell the car to carmax.
Also getting an estimate on the clutch. If it ends up being a fair price then I'll have it done but the car will cost more to purchase.

Has suspension been replaced?

How bad is the clutch?

Are you flexible on the price?

I'm assuming the control arm bushings have been replaced by the previous owner since my last e46 had shot bushings at 70k miles. I've kept the bushings oiled so they wouldn't dry and crack.

Shocks are original. They aren't leaking.
